SSEDSO Initiatives

The Solar System Exploration Data Services Office provides the infrastructure for research groups to try initiatives. One of these is the NSSDC (as part of SSEDSO and the NASA permanent archive for space science data) active support for the Lunar Data project effort to modernize a subset of the Apollo era lunar data. A second initiative is to provide a web site that shares information in SSED with the Lunar Exploration Science Working Group (LESWG).
